SC & ST (PoA) Amendments, 2015
The Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 received the assent of the President on the 31st December, 2015 as NO. 1 OF 2016. The amendments provides for establishing special courts for the trial of such offences and the rehabilitation of victims.
